1. Services Provided

Skyrow Repair provides doorstep home appliance repair services across the National Capital Region (NCR), including:

  • Delhi

  • Noida

  • Ghaziabad

  • Faridabad

  • Greater Noida

  • Gurugram (formerly Gurgaon)

Our services include repair of refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners (AC), microwave ovens, geysers, and other household appliances.


2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Service bookings can be made through our website, phone number, email, or WhatsApp.

  • Customers are required to provide accurate contact details and complete service address.

  • We strive to offer same-day service; however, exact appointment times are subject to technician availability and other logistical factors.


3. Service Charges and Payments

  • After a technician inspects the appliance, charges will be quoted before starting any repair.

  • Charges may include labor costs and the cost of any replacement parts.

  • Payments must be made upon completion of service via cash, UPI, or other agreed methods.

  • If the customer declines repair after inspection, a nominal inspection/visit fee may still be applicable.


4. Warranty Policy

  • We offer a 28-day service warranty on repairs performed by our technicians.

  • The warranty applies only to the same issue reported and resolved in the original service.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • New or unrelated faults

    • Physical damage after repair

    • Tampering or service by any third party

  • Replacement parts (if any) may carry a separate warranty from their respective manufacturers or suppliers.


5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least two hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made at the last minute, or failure to be available at the scheduled time, may incur a visit fee.


6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and clean environment for service work.

  • Please secure valuables, pets, and any personal items during the technician’s visit.

  • If the service address is within a gated society or restricted access area, advance permission must be arranged.


7. Limitation of Liability

Skyrow Repair is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing faults or manufacturing defects in appliances

  • Any loss of consumables (such as spoiled food due to refrigerator malfunction)

  • Delays caused by traffic, extreme weather, part unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances

Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.


8. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on www.skyrowrepair.site, including text, logos, images, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Skyrow Solution. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.


9. Amendments
